It’s time! We invite you to join us in Marquee’s exciting new chapter. Our vision to expand the footprint and make room for our ever-growing performing arts community is here!  Since 2011, the resounding echoes of thousands of youth that fill our walls and hearts with light have now propelled us to this moment.  From being the last to rent and perform at the treasured Pheasant Run, to instilling hope through the changing climates of the pandemic, and finally to overcoming setbacks and continuing on a trajectory that surpasses pre-pandemic records, we are truly blessed. We've weathered the  storms; our cast families have smiled through the growing pains in our current studio; and we've created countless unforgettable Marquee moments along the way. Because of all of this, we have some of the most exciting work ahead of us and we hope you'll be a part of the story.

We are at the threshold of our vision: to expand and create space that broadens our reach and impact and beckons ALL to benefit from theatre: the singular word that brings so much meaningful connection and beats to the pulse of young and old alike. We invite you to join us... together let's ignite the path to a brighter, thought-provoking future of storytelling that  breaks through stereotypes and noise--the platform or tapestry that unites and inspires our community for generations to come.  As a Legacy Donor, your contribution makes a tremendous impact and will help ensure that we kickstart our Capital Campaign efforts and open our doors to students and patrons by the summer of 2024.  On behalf of our art-loving community, we are grateful for your consideration in this huge ask, and we are forever thankful for your past support, which makes THIS opportunity possible.

PHASE I: Raise up to half of our fundraising goal to secure and close on the purchase of our identified space. We invite Legacy Donors to help us kickstart Our Capital Campaign and close on the sale. Through combined operating grants and fundraising, we've raised $180K so far. Help us reach our goal to raise up to another $250K so we can make it to Phase 2-- with 100K already slated for the Build-Out during Phase 1!  The timeline here is flexible, but initial funds to meet our gap will help secure our identified space, which is just minutes east of down town St Charles! We will wrap up Phase 2 with a Town Hall Meeting to thank and honor our Donors,  present renderings and architectural plans, and welcome our Community Donors to get involved in Phase 2, which we hope to begin by January 2023 or sooner.

PHASE 2: A groundbreaking ceremony to kick-off the Build-Out! Community Donors engage in Fundraisers and Donation drives with levels ranging from Demolition Sponsors, Hall of Fame, Naming Seats, and more to raise funds for the final phases of our build-out! While we plan to have $100K set aside to begin our build-out, our Fundraising Goal for PHASE 2 is $50K-100K for technical elements and upgrades. We will work with a vetted local General Contracting Company along with  a community of volunteers and industry experts to get us into Phase 3-- our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Opening Performance! 

PHASE 3: We invite Donors, Patrons and Community celebrate with a ribbon cutting and naming ceremony! And we open our doors to the public for our 24-25 Season!
